is that an ok weight? im 15 and pretty muscular. i play water polo mon-fri for 1 and 1/2 hours. do i need to loose any weight and if I do how because i barely ever drink soda eat mostly healthy and excersise. Thanks!

I'm six feet and 170. However, that has something to do with my pregnancy, too. If I weigh anything under 160, I start to look too thin. You're probably fine. A weight of 160 for somebody of our height is fine. However, last summer, my 5'5" SIL complained that she was "fat" at 160 or 170. Not only did I weigh less than her at the time (by at least ten pounds), but the wieght did not look good on her, given her height.

5 feet is averaged to 100 and every inch is 5 pounds 155 is averaged so your at a good weight

Yes, because you are tall. For your age and height, up to about 170lb is absolutely fine.
