I can't tell you why only the symptoms you give me. So unsure
of myself & Diabetes diagnosis, I looked in my Medical Book
& sure enough there r two. Diabetes Inspidus: A medabolic disease caused by a disorder of the hypothalamus, associated with marked thirst and the passage of huge quanities of urine. Not related to diabetes mellitus! Diabetes Mellitus: A cronic disease characterized be the inability to burn up the sugars that which have been ingested by insufficient production by the pacreas. This wouldn't make sense to me, unless I were a Dr., but maybe you can illimanate one apposed to the other in r symtoms, sorry I can't help you further, but at least now you have something to go by. I wish you all the Best,
Summer

There may be other things that you are not replacing. Water is not the only component to being well hydrated. There are other things, such as all those electrolytes that gatorade is always talking about (yes, those claims are actually true, it's not just a marketing campain) that contribute to how your body hydrates. Try eating something salty after you have worked out, likel pretzels (not potatoe chips, something healthy!). You lose sodium when you sweat, and you need to replenish it. You don't need alot, but it can help.

Hmm, I can't offer an answer, but I'm exactly the same way. I drink gallons of water a day, but this doesn't seem to match my urine output... no idea where it goes... but I'm always thirsty. Otherwise healthy and active.
