What weight should I be at? I am 5' 9", and currently at 170 lbs, mostly on abs and thighs. I would like to know what weight I should be at? What kind of diet and exercise I should do?
I know I am not "fat", persay, but I would like to lose the little extra weight I have, hopefully before Summer? Any specific exercises?
I have a large frame-- strong shoulders, hips, all of that.
By the way--I'm 14. Is that still healthy?
