this worked for me, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. How high is your BMI? if it's over 27 then I would recommend a diet pill so you can fast track your weight loss. Try proactol or if you like a Hoodia product then ProShapeRX is a great one. I have a good review of Hoodia on my site and some news about some of the top pills available. Have a look

I cut back on carbs.
It works.
I didnt cut them out completely. I just try to eat more veggies and meat.
I lost all the weight i wanted, and im keeping a steady weight of around 120 lbs now.

i went from 174 to 130 in 6 months. i eat a good breakfast of fruit..salad for lunch and skip dinner. woked quick and stayed slim.
