I read about chest pain questions.
its been a week i had severe chest pain on the right side everytime i was burping..otherwise..i dont have pain...
somehow i started to burp slowly...to avoid the pain?!..
this week...its gone...but today it came back!?
maybe i had caught cold? exposed to cold weather/windy/snowy? or is it the stressful time i am going through these manifesting this way?!...one other thing...its been a while am eating peanuts regularly everynight before going to bed?! ...

ps i dont have asthma

You made sharp little peanut pebbles in your food tube, which traps air. When you burp, the little pieces move down a notch. You are supposed to chew your food until it is paste. If you find it takes too long (or you can't), then see a dentist. Meanwhile use smooth peanut butter. Chest pain should never be ignored (pain is one way our body talks to us). Make an appointment with your primary care provider and go for a heart check-up, just to be on the safe side.

It may have something to do with acid reflux. Burping up stomach acid which is causing the burn. Might be from something you ate/eating. Try some tums to relieve yourself of the pain. If it doesn't work, consult a physician

That means you have acid in your chest.You need to cut down on unhealthy foods.And drink lots of water.
