I have a sinses infection and the drainage is making my throat very sore. I have tried every thing Please help I can't sleep some time because of it hurting.

gargle<-------if i spelled it correctly with listerine, be sure to get it at the back of your throat to kill bacterias. Also people use salt water (warm water).

Good organic honey and lemon juice...mixed with hot water and a clove of crushed garlic does wonders!..Not only for smoothing a sore throat but also the honey and garlic have antibacterial properties..and the lemon juice vitamin C..all good to fight a cold.

A dollop of honey stirred up with a bit of lemon juice. Drink it and it will coat and soothe your throat. Have some whenever you feel you need it.

Okay, this is gonna sound pretty weird, but if you drink Pinneapple Soda, I believe Barks(however you spell it, but I mean the brand that makes Root Beer) makes it, it will coat your throat, and it wont hurt for a while. But really, you need to go the doctor!

1 cup water
1 table spoon HONEY
1 table spoon cider vinegar

Vinegar will help you clear your throat and honey will coat it. You can drink as much of this stuff as you like.

Try gargling with warm salt water and drink warm tea with lemon or honey.

Gargle with warm salt water or hydrogen peroxide and spit it out.If your ears are hurting try ear drops made by Simalasan for a soothing effect.

Try this: Take Eucalyptus leaves and chuck them in vessel containing boiling water......sit down and cover a cloth over your and head and the vessel and breathe in the vapors of eucalyptus......hopefully this works
