Gosh! That is easy! First, watch the movie supersize Me. It is about a guy who only ate at McDonalds. To gain it quickly, eat lots of fats and oils, in large portions. Do not exercise, and just lay back and eat. Lol, but I wouldn't gain too much, or you face major health problems.

A friend of mine was 6' 1 and weighing about 110. His doctor prescribed him some pills to gain weight. He was also taking the protein shakes daily. It might not be ten pounds in a week, but it is a healthy way of putting on weight and building nice muscles. He was looking really good. Eating a lot of junk will just make you feel sluggish after a while and it's not good for your health.

When our metabolism is not working normal - we may not - gain wt - so check if u any hormonal defect or - defect in absorption

If ur appetite is less - here is very easy method to increase the appetite - sounds simple - but give a try before rejecting

Take 150 - 200 ml water every hr - just note this down and without forgetting do this ur appetite will come to normal in 2 weeks - don't discontinue this

Take fruits - bananas the yellow one is good for health - take one a day

Increase soya crushed /soya balls/soya flakes- it is better than the soya bean - in ur diet - it is good protein

Have a balanced diet

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.
