What is the consequence and where does it come from?

when i am falling asleep it feels like there are bugs crawling on me but there arent any there. the doctors told me to stop playing video games before i slept but its not working what do i do? i am now having sleep for maybe 2-3 hours per night because of this.

went to the ob/gyn today to get tested because my breasts are sooo tender...and haven't have a period in going on 2 months...have taken numberous at home tests and they have come out negetive...figured going to the drs they would do a blood test but no they did a stick test...it came out negetive....is it possible still pregnant? my breasts are tender...never missed a period before...hmmm what do you think?

But there is a problem because of journal that i have to do i couldnt keep the meal times so i didnt eat some of them during this week it was ok for me to go on with diet its my 6th day and i feel terribly hungry .Should i eat more than what my diet list writes for just one day of a week? If yes,what should it be i thought a good salad with egg,or a diet corn flake with raisin.Egg and raisin arent allowed in my list

I am 21 years old, 5'4" and weigh about 101 lbs. I eat a lot. I eat junk food but I also try to eat as much healthy food as I can. However I find that most of my friends my age weigh about 130 or so. I feel like I am seriously under weight. I am not anorexic or something cuz I know I'm too small and I need to gain weight and I eat whatever I want. I just think that because I weigh so little I don't look proportioned or anything...I really want to weigh at least 120 or 130. Please help? What can I do?

I think I have OCD, but very mild if that is possible....I have seen people on TV that are just creepy...counting stairs...counting how many steps to get across the sidewalk, etc. I don't do that. I do have my habits...like checking things 5 times, having things placed "properly" to my standards...etc.

I was having this discussion about it with my friends, and they were all like yes you can... but I've heard that being in the cold actually increases your immunity to getting a cold...

so Who's right, Me, who thinks that you can only get sick from Germs? or my friends who say that you can get sick from being in the cold???

My husband is 6'2 and he roughly weighs about 275 lbs. What activities or exercises could he do to help tone and lose some weight. The only problem...he works 12 hour days. All his weight is in his stomach. I just want him to lose his non-beer belly(he does not drink beer).

i am a girl and i dont care if a guy touches me anywhere. a guy wouldnt touch a girl if he didnt think that she is at least somewhat hot. a guy touching a girl in my oppinion is a good thing for the girl. however if she says stop, or if she is really not in the mood he should stop.

touching a girl does not effect the girl in anyway, only a small feeling in the butt, however it makes the guy happy.

girls should just be nice and let guys touch their butts if it is not rape.

what do you (other girls preferiablly) think about this

ok so i filled out a survey for our dinning hall at school, i was honest and put my name on it. I said that one of the workers has to stop hitting on every girl. Well he read it and now is asking everyone who comes to get food if they know me. My one friend said he wants to kick the **** out of me. what do i do..... i did what the school wanted and dont want to have a confrontation but i am 6'3" tall and 208 pounds so i could fight if it came down to it but i dont want to.....

I have asthma and my current medicine is not working. I have albuterol inhaler, albuterol liquid that goes in a nebulizer and advair inhaler. none of these things are working for me anymore. I take about 4-5 breathing treatment a day and I use my fast acting inhaler about 10-15 times a day. it seems that when I goto the doctor and tell them there not working they come up with a new way for me to try to take the medicine. the only thing that works is Cortisone which is a steroid. I don't know why they find it so hard to accept that the traditional asthma medicine does not work for me. I need Cortisone! does anyone know another medicine I can try as I'm about to look for international sources for the medicine.
