I am starting the Yaz birth control, due to ovarian cysts. My period was suppose to come last night, I have not received it. When do I start my pills?

when i started the doctor told me either the sunday after my period starts(even if you are still on your period) or the first day of my period

I think you can start at anytime. Just make a note of the day you do start them. It may take a few months (cycles) for your body to adjust to the pills, but it will come with time.
