Now I am working, I do find it monotone. Work, sleep, eat, work, and go out. I don't find it meaningful.

My sister is about 330 lbs. and asked me to help her lose weight by working out together. She doesn't look like she's over 300 lbs. at all and has quite a bit of stamina as she is still relatively young. I would love nothing more than to help her out in getting healthy, but I don't know much beyond "common sense" types of things.

What sort of work out and diet should she be on? She doesn't eat that much (that I know of) and just really doesn't exercise that much beyond walking around her college campus to get from place to place. What would you recommend? I don't want her to overdo it and hurt herself, but I don't want her to die of a heart attack at age 25 either :(

If you exercise and your heart rate is up, but you're not sweating, are you still burning calories or what?

I'm so confused as to what is going on at the moment, why is it that obestiy is at such a high at the same time as a crisis with size zero?? I am a uk size 10 and have worked hard to get there and am healthy and happy (126lbs 5ft3) but if the uk average is a size 16 but a size 10 is no longer small due to "size 0" ((uk size 4)) where the hell do I fit in?? I'm so confused, I need peoples views!!

My friend is asking me about povidone-iodine as a topical antiseptic for acne. what do you think?

Iodine can aggravate acne...right?

Why her doctor recommends this product? I'm confused.. Iodine is bad for acne prone skin... But in betadine Indication it says that it is for acne.

Help!

I'm just wondering, I'm not really able to cry, and I don't know what this means. And this is especially weird, cause I suffer from depression and cut sometimes. I hear all these things about ppl with depression crying for no reason, and kids huddled in their rooms crying because they can't express their pain any other way than cutting and stuff. But I can't cry, atleast not about my life. If I'm watching a show or reading something, I can cry over the dumbest things, like when a parent is reunited with theirl kidnapped kid, stuff like that. But I can't cry over things in my real life that really upset me. Stuff that makes me confused, angry, sad, depressed, everything. I feel the pain, but I can't cry. Even when I'm at my lowest and considering suicide, I can't cry. At most, if I try really hard when I'm really upset, I can get a couple of tears out. Ok, my point is, what does this mean? I feel the feelings, but can't cry. Any idea? Thanks
-Sarah

From the childhood itself my lover had sex (may be illegal sex) with many girls daily. Two years before only we were introduced each other & we became good friends. He told me every thing about him (including his sex with other girls). I used to advise him not to do like this. After observing my character, one day he proposed his love to me. After a long argument i accepted his love keeping great confident that in future he will not do any illegal sex activities. From that day onwards he didn't kept any sexual activities
Iam very sure about it. I also gave lots & lots of advises to him & also gave counselling. He too realized & till now he didn't do any such activities. But he kept sex rarely (with me only).

Pls advise whether we two have to undergo HIV test?

Can i give birth to healthy child & is he capable for that?

PLS ADVISE US

1. Stay up thinking. Kinda feel tired but not really. Rarely ever crash out. Can divert thinking which helps, thinking of a story or something before bed helps, still awake for awhile. Sometimes I notice my mind wander by itself, when this happens I let it and then I fall asleep quicker.
2. When I stay up thinking sometimes I even dream of what I was thinking, not actually dream of something, more like dream think. This means the words are like repeated, like a checklist in my head. It sucks. Sometimes it happens more when i'm stressed out but really can happen anytime.
3. Very light sleeper. Wake up several times during night because of noises or to use restroom.
4. Rarely complete REM sleep. No deep sleep. Wake up out of dreams often and always remember my dreams. I remember usually 3+ dreams a night. Don't wake up with that refreshed feeling.
5. I know basic sleeping rules: no caffeine before bed, etc... and I don't usually nap (unless I really need it).

I was diagnosed with trich by Planned parenthood. They give me some pills which did not work. However, my father had Metronidazole cream since he was a cancer patient and his doctor prescribed it to him. I heard the cream wasn't as effective as the pills. I know you have to rub it in... but how many times a day? All help especially from nurses would help thanks
