Examples are what if you already eat 3 tmes a day, I mean is there a way or do you just have to eat more food?

Eat higher calorie foods. Replace bread with bagels, water with juice or smoothies, and cut out any low calorie or low fat food items in your diet. You should also go into muscle-strenghtening workouts. I would caution against biking, swimming, running, and other cardio workouts because they will burn a lot of calories, and you will need to eat more food. However, pushups and crunches will not burn as many calories....but will build much more muscle. Remember to eat enough protein.

No, of course you don't chew 32 times and eat slowly. That is how you loose weight or keep your proper weight. Slow eating gives your stomach time to send a signal to your brain that says "I'm full." Fast eating gets more food in the stomach before the brain gets the full message. It leads to overeating.

You can get really fat if you watch TV all day, avoid walking or other exercise, eat mostly fatty food and empty calory food such as potato chips, white bread, mayonaise, sodas, orange colored drinks that have only 5 percent real juice, ice cream, chocolate candy bars and doghnuts. Avoid eating steamed or boiled vegetables, whole grain bread and never drink plain water if you can drink a high calory drink instead.

Not only will you gain a lot of weight, you will also increase your health risk for many diseases and heart problems. But that comes with the territory. Oh, yeah. Don't use the 2 finger removal method to empty the stomach when you get full. That's one of the main causes of weight loss.

Eat healthy and not junk food only when u r hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No Solid/Liquid in between except water. Chew each morsel of food 32 times and see the beneficial effect it has on u. U get clear message to stop further eating.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

This will enable u to achieve the ideal weight in a reasonable time.

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.
