yogurt has a lot of sugar and fat in it. not really a great source of dairy.

white bread may say it has less calories, but they're "empty" calories, not having any real nutritional value. the best bread for you is 100% whole grain bread, or prett much whole grain anything for that matter.

It would depend on your body type and what your body tolerates best.

There is not one single diet that can work for every single human being. You need to visit a dietician to discuss healthy eating for your body type.
It is also a question of trial and error.
You will over time, find out what causes you to put on weight and what doesn't. Even a dietician cannot do that for you. A dietician can do some testing and give advice according to your body type.
You must have at least 30mg of fat in your diet every day to help you break down the proteins in your diet. If you don't, your body will not break down the proteins and start to break down the muscle instead. This is biomedical, not dietary.
It would also depend on how much fat is in the yoghurt.
The dietician is the best person to advise you.
