My boyfriend starts a new job tomorrow and he has to get up very early in order to commute to London. He wants to know whether he should wash tonight in order to have a bit more sleep or should he get up and wash tomorrow morning. For the past three years I have been (unsuccessfully) trying to manage unrelenting chronic pain in two trigger point areas in my left scapula. I've been diagnosed with a Brachial Neuropathy of the left shoulder with MRI confirming nerve damage to the axillary nerve causing severe muscle atrophy in my left deltoid. After twounsuccessful rotator cuff surgeries in as many years all Doctors and Specialists are perplexed -- much to my dismay, Percocet is the only medicine that helps lessen the pain (Will be switching to Methidone in a week due to the Percocet not working as well. About two weeks ago I finally gave in to the pain (temporarliy I hope) and went out on Short Term Disability.
Sorry if this is sounding like a sad sap story, I'm really a pretty upbeat guy, but it gets tough to handle sometimes especially when hospitals like John's Hopkins (Maryland, USA) can't help me. In short I need to think outside the box here which is why I'm asking the question. Thanks in advance!

I am taking 2 different prescription drugs for my heartburn/acid reflux. Since heartburn and acid reflux are a pretty common condition, can I use an indoor tanning bed even tho I am on medication? I read somewhere before if your taking antibiotics do not tan in an indoor bed.. just wondering, I am so pale haven't been in so long!

I am very obsessed with losing weight right now. I am already excercising at least 30-40 minutes everyday and eating no more than 1500 calories a day ( and that is mostly healthy stuff- fruit, whole grain bread, grilled chicken, etc.) and also drinking lots of water. So far I have lost 25 lbs in the last 7 weeks and I want to lose about another 65 lbs. Is there anything else I can do to increase the speed of my weight loss?

I know that people who go through chemotherepy that have cancer are worried about loosing their hair and they feel really self concious about it. I was just wondering why don't they shave their head when they first start chemo so then they dont have to worry about loosing their hair becasue it will already be made into a wig, and it will look the same. It seems like it would be better to that then get a wig from Locks Of Love becasue this way you are guarenteed to get a wig and its your hair, not a strangers!! Just wondering why people dont do this...
