AIDS is an STD, meaning Sexually Transmitted Disease. So, as it takes sex to have a baby, get your partner tested. If they do not have AIDS, then you are safe to make a baby.

AIDS can also be contracted a number of different ways, you can get aids from becoming a "blood brother" or "blood sister" with somebody who has AIDS. Also, some people in this world, like to pretend to be vampires, and if the person whose blood they suck has AIDS, then they will likely get AIDS.

AIDS can be transmitted through pretty much any bodily fluid. The possible exception being saliva.

It all comes down to who already has it or not.
You want to prevent getting AIDS, find out if your partner has it.

Now, if you want to have a baby and your partner DOES have AIDS, I would suggest artificial insemination, if you are the male an your partner is female.

Or simply adopting.

i don't think there is any way to stop the spread of aids and still have a baby with that person. it's not like herpes, where you can take medicine to stop the spreading, it's alot more serious. if you don't know if the person has aids or not, get them tested. if yes.... if you get any of this person's bodily fluid in your system, it's VERY possible to get aids.

If you want to have a baby, but not get aids, then the best thing would probably be to transplant an egg into your system. But if your partner isn't HIV, then whats the problem??

you get aids from someone who has aids already. if tey have it and thier ejacualtion fluids comes into contact with you then you will recieve aids. You can get it also from someone who has aids and thier blood entering your body... but you cant get it from saliva .. you can also get ot from urine

if your planning a pregnancy but are not sure if you or your partner has aids or any other STD then you should go to your docotrs and have a chek done for them. Loads of people do it

Seriously?

If your partner has AIDs and you have sex, you'll probably expose yourself to AIDS.

If your question is how to have a child with a particular partner who has AIDS - I'd say don't risk it - for either yourself or the baby. (though they have medications that can greatly reduce the risk for the baby)

to avoid getting aids, you wait until after you're married b/c usually the bride and groom get a physical before the wedding.

If you have to ask, you should not be getting pregnant. Get educated about sex, birth control and STDs and then try. It's too much to get into on here.
