You can't get rid of a white head fast. A whitehead is a badly clogged pore. If you squeeze it, you're inviting a pimple. A pimple can be caused by the ruptured wall of a whitehead. Best to use some non oil based make up to cover it and let it run it's course. I have more on causes, treatment andd prevention if you email me.

By whitehead I assume you mean a pimple or non blackhead. You could aggressively cleanse it with soap and washcloth and cause it too rupture. There are some home remedies such as applying toothpaste or rubbing wet soap on your hands into a lather and putting this on it. The idea is to dry the area out. If it is not to red or puffy you could just put something on it to conceal it although there are times this makes it look worse. What ever you do becareful and don't cause too much tissue trauma that you damage the surrounding skin. Remember that everyone has had a pimple before and if they haven't they will get one someday. Learn the signs and symptoms of infection such as redness with streaks, yellow pus drainage ( alot more than a usual pimple) and heat to the touch on the area. These symptom show the need to see a physcian. Good luck hope it goes away soon.

Get some acne medication at the store.
NEVER pick or pop anything on your face. Blackheads, whiteheads, pimples....nothing. It just spreads bacteria and causes permanent scars.
Just don't touch your face with your hands.....unless you have just washed them well to clean your face and put acne medication on it. Then leave it alone!
