Im 16 and i think i might have pmdd. How do i tell this to my mom?

You simply tell her what leads you to believe this and that you are concerned. Therefore, she can take you to the OBGYN.

you shouldnt be embarressed. just tell her to her face, write it in a card, or call her on the phone. good luck
