I heard that boys/men should not sleep with underwear in night. The chances of testes cancer is more for the people who sleep with underwear. I tried but as i get errections while sleeping, its embarassing. But in case its true, let me do it at any cost.

I find that my insecurities influence almost everything I do: avoiding social situations whenever possible, not looking for a job, avoiding friends.. and my family. I realize this is very self-centered of me, because I'm only feeling sorry for myself and consequently making things more difficult for my parents. At the same time, I don't know what to do. If I see another shrink, my parents would be paying more money than they need to right now (they were recently divorced, and my mom is trying to sell the house), then again how helpful are psychologists anyway? Should I just "get over it" as some realistic people would say...even though there's a difference between saying it and doing it. I think the root of the problem lies in the fact that I'm not secure with the "true me". I know that if I were more secure with myself I would be much happier! but how do i do that? please don't respond if you don't care. im surprised I'm actually writing this...

sumtimes after i eat if the food was greasy or i feel like i ate to much or just if i feel like i am to fat then i make myself throw up after i eat...mostly after i eat dinner...im not sure if that is an eating disorder...

Usually when I have these hallucinations I'm inbetween being awake and still being asleep. I see things like spiders hanging from the ceiling or the walls being a totally different color. When I finally break from the hallucination, I feel very disoriented and slightly irritated for a couple of mintues and then I return to sleep as if nothing happend.

The pain started a few days ago and has just gotten worse since, today it has gotten so bad that i can bairly move my neck without a lot of pain. I'm 21,5"3', I exercise (slightly), I have 22% body fat, and I weigh 110 plbs. For some reason I can only eat around 1200 calories a day to maintain my weight. This is much less than what a female my size would normally be able to eat. How can I eat more, and should I be worried?

I drink everclear 95% with absinte as a night cap . I find it comforting.
Someone suggested that I try Salvia Divinorum as an added benefit. I do not smoke so could the material be converted to a liquid form so I could take it with my insulin. ?
Also take blood pressure, chloresterol and glaucoma medications.
