does anyone know of a way to quickly heal a small bruise? I have heard that o cold spoon (from being put in freezer) will help, but don't know if this is true? will applying cold to the area really help?

Cut a potato slice and place the white side down on the bruise. Tape it to the spot, if you need to, and leave it there overnight. I SWEAR it works. Sounds real silly, but it works!!

Never tried this but heard it works. Supposedly you rub a boiled egg over the spot. and that if you actually crack the egg after there will be the bruise on the egg. Sounds crazy i know. thats what i thought but you asked for an answer. maybe let me know if you try.

I read somewhere if you scrape a hickey with a coin it will break up the blood clot that's under the skin.It should be the same for a bruise,but I've never tried so I don't know if it works.

a good way to get rid of a bruise is as soon as you hit the area you should rub it to stimulate blood flow that way the blood doesnt settle and cause a bruise it really works...... you can also do this after you get the bruise to get blood flowing to it to help get rid of hit

try witch hazel or tea tree oil or lavender oil they all work.if you bruise easily try drinking grapefruit juice.

warm compress....stimulates circulation....should diminish the bruise....
