While a size 00 is skinny, it is not necessarily unhealthy, especially for someone 13 years old. You should talk to your doctor before trying to gain (or lose) wait, so that s/he can determine if you have a healthy BMI for your age. Can you post your height and weight? That would be helpful in determining whether you need to gain any weight.
Everybody has a different body type, and yours is a slender one. Forcing your body to put on weight that it doesn't want to is unhealthy, no matter how you gain the pounds.

Im in the same shoes as you.
If you are having a hard time getting all the calories in to gain, buy yourself a protein shake or meal replacement. Its worked wonders for me!

If you don't eat a lot, start eating a little more each day. Don't eat junk food or too much food though. Eat the right amount of food from each food group (the food pyramid) a day. You should exercise a little everyday, too.
