I have so much trouble falling asleep at night....I get under 4 hours of sleep and I am sick of being soooooo tired. Any tips on falling asleep?

I have been in the hospital a few times with my nerves.
My family will not have anything to do with me at all. I would never hurt nobody. I do not get invited on christmas etc. They have told people some diagnosis that is not even true. When I even get a job they call to see if I am there right on the first day. I have a fear of working because, I am scared that they may call my boss,and tell them things about me that are not true at all ,and my boss will even fire me. I do not work because I am too scared,and I am scared that they will call my landlord ,and try to get me evicted beause of my mental health .I look,and act just like everyone else.Why are they doing or would even try to do this to me.My brother told me that my mother told him I was Scizopheric,and all I have is depression so now he has diconnected his phone.I mean he changed his number to an unlisted number.I love my family,and wish they loved me too.

I recently got the flu or it could of been just a common cold. When I woke up this morning I felt like I had a marble stuck in my esophogus. Ive been spitting a lot. My mouth has alot of mucus in it. So a few hours ago I winded up throwing up and saw that their was mucus in the throw up. I turned up side down and felt it moving towards my throat....so I went in the bathroom and made myself start throwing it up and for a sec it will feel like it's gone, but its not...it's just so much and i don't know where it all came from. It feel very uncomfortable. I need to find a way to get rid of it. Does anybody know?

i was out snowboarding for several hours today (and falling a few times) and im really sore all over my body, especially my arm. i have to go into work to marrow were i will probably be shoveling snow from the parking lot.

how can i make my muscles feel stronger by tomarrow? i dont go in to work till 2 pm.

This is an update on my sister with heart disease. She had found out today about her blood work results and I had this question..Also what is HTN?? Im 18 & sr in hs, i was thinking about trying for baseball, but i don't know if it's worth it. I've had very bad luck with sports (couldn't play soccer this year cause of an injury) & went out for baseball as a soph just to be the last one cut (literally the last since the jv coach couldnt decide & kept me an extra tryout just end up cutting me). Then he said the reason was cause the Vars coach didnt think i would make it, but now that same JV coach is on varsity, & he seemed to at least think i had some talent since he kept me & was the last cut.

However, I didnt play last year or tryout, & theres a lot of politics w/ sports as you're expected to play in private summer leagues (basically the seniors are already picked). This coach said i could be a manager & do all the summer leagues, but i didnt since i was away for summer.

Is it worth being cut again just to see what might happen, or keep some dignity from these sports/politics(& not leave hs as the 1 who was cut again)?

Okay... i havent been eating for 2 weeks...and if i HAVE to eat i nibble on a fruit or to make my friend happy i eat something real but barf it out the second i was home....(so far twice...)i'm so scared about my well-being and that somedays i feel too worthless to live beause of the gulit and shame... i'm starting to HATE food...
its so creppy i used to be SO different but maby when i didnt hate food that is what caused me to be so fat i guess...but even though i'm overweight is it still possible that i'm anorexic?...funny i know...oh and by the way i'm not saying that i'm fat because its a state of mind I AM honestly fat ....
oh and if you want 2 kno i'm 110 and 5''0'
fat right?
so is it possible that i am what i think i might be?
oh and i lost 9 pounds by this whole process of hell
...
please dont judge me i'm ashamed and all i need is help

Ok ive been excersicing and dieting the past few months, and i look leaner and stuff, but my flab has gotten bigger, now idk if its just loose skin and the fat is gone or what, so i cant tell if i need some sort of operation or what.

I recently burned my thumb with a lighter by accident and the next day after that i woke up and my thumb was kinda tingly and a line going down my forearm lined up with my thumb now feels weird, i thought it was cus i slept on my arm that night which i did but it hasn't gone away after two days, since the part of my arm from my wrist to my elbow that is slighty numb and weird feeling is lined up with my thumb i think i burned a nerve or something, idk much about nerves but can someone help me out, can damaged nerves grow back over time? could it be carpul tunnel?
