I'm going thourgh alot of pain and stress and agony please help me with soothing tips that i can do at any time and try not to includ food because that has to do alot with why i'm stressed....

Hot baths, sex/masturbation, exercise, reading a good book, time spent with loved ones are all good ways of relaxing. Try yoga. Listen to your favorite music, go shopping. What things make you feel good and take your mind off of the things that are stressing you out? You know better than anyone.

Take a long hot bath. Get a massage. Go out into nature where it is calm and relax.
