The published growth curves for North American caucasians shows that the most typical age for increases in height to stop is 15.5 to 16.5 years of age. But of course, there are a lot of outliers. Once you get past about 17.5 years of age, the numbers really plummet. Rarely, a male may continue to grow into his college years, but this is the one guy in 15 or 20 guys.
Bone density can continue to increase into the twenties. But this isn't necessarily part of growth, but can be reflective of lack of physical stress. Body building in teenagers can cause their bone density to increase to levels beyond what they will ever reach naturally with age. So this isn't really strictly a developmental aspect per se.
