I mean, how and what should I eat, what's the best amount of time to sleep, advice on exercising, etc. I know people usually start worrying about this when they are in their 40s, but I want to know what I can do know to live as long and as well as possible. I hear stories of people who's quality of life declines sharply after about 25 or 30, but I also hear of some people who are able to maintain the same quality of life from young adulthood almost until their deaths (barring anything like Alzheimer's that I might develop shortly before I die).
