Maybe your have changed your diet and getting a lower calorie intake. Drink more water and eat something. But if your getting headaches at least once a day without a change in your diet then you need to see a doctor. Headaches can lead to serious things such as too much fluid being in your head that needs to be drained.

It could mean a number of things, maybe its stress or it could be that you are not getting enough rest. It doesn't hurt to have an eye exam, you should have one every year, and at least that will put your mind at ease a little.
