I'm a 5'5 140lbs 28 year old woman. I want to lose atleast 15lbs by the summer. Does anyone know any great diet/excercise programs? Please be as specific as possible about diet ideas. Thanks!

To lose weight it is best to lower down portions like if you eat two bowls of spagetti only eat one bowl or eat lots of small healthy meals per day instead of three big meals. For a small meal eat a salad or some fruit. Exercise is very important. Try not lifting weights cause it makes you gain weight instead. Do cardiovascular activities like running, swimming, jump roping. Jump roping is a fat burner. That is what boxer uses to lose weight fast so jump rope often usually before you run. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, exercising will work best for one hour.

Hi there, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based. They are fun to work with as well as being serious about helping you lose weight.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.

Through following the South Beach diet guidelines and running I lost over 25lbs in 5 months- and I wasn't even trying! I was shocked to step on the scale and see such a low number!

I'd recommend giving that a try!

Find something to stress you out. I lost 30 lbs in a month due to stress.
