Hello! loveli_li.
Is it an illness you have which is causing the breathing problem?
Or is it stress related?
If it is stress related Take a look at the situation you have just been in and ask self what it is exactly that is bothering you.
Change your attitude towards the way you think in relationship to the problem.
As a Christian we learn through the word of God to use His promises which bring about peace of soul.
Example Luke 1:37 With God nothing is impossible.
1Peter 5:7 Casting all of your worries on God because He cares for you.
With this in mind there is no room for stressful thinking and we learn to relax, knowing that He is in control of the situation.
We begin to see life from divine viewpoint rather than human viewpoint .
Fear, worry and anxiety, things related to the mind, can create illness in the body.
Like hypertension High blood pressure, rashes, some form of Asthma along with other illnesses heart attack.
Clear up the mental stress and a lot of illness clears up.
The mind is very powerful and retraining it can be hard but it is well worth it .
Take care!

I'm a nurse. Mints are good. Also when you brush your teeth brush your tongue too. It may sound silly but it works. Take care and try not too worry about it so much, just have some OTC mints or something like that of your choice always with you.
