Do consuming the protein bars or drinks make a difference if you eat them before or after workouts. How do you get better results? how much protein should one consume a day? any ideas to get better results in building muscle?

I use several products that in conjunction have produced good results. I start my day off with an Isopure Protien Shake that has 50 gms of protien. I mix it with a bannana and choclate soy milk. I also take NITRIX which I am a strong believer in. The performance gains are amazing. You should notice a big difference even after only a week of use. I drink a creatine supplement 30 minutes before each workout, and after my work outs I drink a Muscle Milk shake, which they sell locally at 7-11s. Also, I take the GNC Multivitamin Men's Performance Pack daily.

Meals! Consume a lot of food. Cut out sugar (not utterly) but the dangerous types of sugar in sweet and stuff. Also, reduce out fried meals. Whatever with excessive carbs and excessive protein. Bird is a nice excessive protein food. There's about 7 grams per ounce so when you eat a 10oz fowl, thats 70 grams which it quite a bit for one meal. Devour plenty of eggs whites, any form of nuts and drink plenty of water. Things like oatmeal and cereals are excellent too. Consume loads but just right food and determine super rough and you are going to get greater.
