i have sort of smelly feet and have no clue how to get rid of it! I'm always embarrassed to take off my shoes because my feet gives off such a bad odor. Is there any help!?

first off, buy some new shoes and throw the old ones away. If you wear socks, make sure and wash with a little bleach in addition to detergent. Change socks daily and wear cotton socks. Also get some spray athlete's foot medicine and spray your feet twice a day for at least two weeks. If you want to go a non-drug way, then buy a bottle of Witch Hazel at the drug store and wipe on feet daily for a couple weeks. This should fix you up. Most foot odor is from fungus which lives on feet and in old shoes and socks.

USE ANTIPERSPERANT SPRAY LIKE RIGHT GUARD MAKE SURE YOU WASH AND DRY YOUR FEET FIRST THEN SPRAY AND PUT ON CLEAN WHITE SOCKS ALSO FOR YOUR SHOES SPRAY WITH LYSOL SPRAY INSIDE AND OUT BEFORE YOU WEAR THEM AND WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF.IT WORKS GOOD LUCK.SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING MY TYPING ISNT THE GREATEST.
