First off, is it even possible? Secondly, has anyone done it?
And lastly, how can I do it?
I need excercise tips (no videos,no gym,no equipment), just stuff I can do within my own home & running/walking outside is fine as well.
Also, what kinds of food should I eat besides fruits and vegetables?
Thanks in advance!

Well, I lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and if I was more dedicated to exercise for the first month, 25 might have been possible.

Started off with a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet. Whole grains, fruit, vegetables, lean meat, and low-fat dairy products. No gimmicks, just the food pyramid that you learn as a kid. Entered all my calories into an online food journal (link below), to make sure I was eating between 1200 and 1550 calories per day. No pop... just water, glass of milk, and my morning coffee, black.

When I figured I better exercise to see faster results, I used a Couch to 5K program from CoolRunning. Also signed up for a 5K so that I had a goal to train for. I grabbed the old 8 Minute Abs and 8 Minute Arms workouts and some light dumbbells for strength training. Really worked, and I was really happy with my results. (So was my husband.) Best part is that I have been able to keep it off for the past year.

It's a very good goal and a very attainable one as well.
You need a structured plan to help you get to your goal.
Try The Logic Diet.
This plan helps you lose the weight you need, but also teaches you how to keep it off forever!
You get to eat a lot of food at first while you transition into your new lifestyle (while still losing weight!), and NO exercise is required!
If you exercise, you'll just see the results even faster.
On this plan you can expect to lose beetween 2 and 4 pounds per week, which would allow you to easily hit your goal for June.
I lost 82 pounds in 9 months.

Depending on how much you have to lose, this is probably doable. It's healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week.

Exercise: running. It's worked wonders for me!

Food: lean protein, lots of veggies, fruit, and whole grains.

Drink loads of water, too!
