i woke up not too long ago and used the bathroom. i wiped and found blood all over my tolit paper. im not leaking and my stomach is hurting. whats wrong

im not leaking and when i poop i bleed. the pain is very mild and it leavs sometimes

You are probably experiencing your first period. All girls are different, some don't have pain while its that time of the month, and some experience cramping.

its called your period. your mestrual cycle. how old are you? im guessing this is the first time. it will happen every month. im just sad no one ever mentioned this to you. have an adult take u to get something to put on it.
