What kinda diets/excercise would help....I am going on a cruise and wanna look good in beach wear.
I am thinking of trying some Denise Austin vidoes.

I am not HUGE, I am 150 5ft 6in.

I was diagnosed with H. Pylori on Saturday - the doctor gave me enough antibiotics and omeprazole to get through to today, and prescriptions until today. When I went to fill the prescriptions, the pharmacist said I could just take Prolosec OTC instead of the prescription omeprazole. I see it's the same medication, but the OTC has magnesium in it, and says to only take in once a day, where I've been instructed to take it twice a day. The pharmacist said that was fine - I tried to get ahold of my doctor and ask, but he has gone on vacation! Anyone know??

For the past 6 months or so I've had stomach pains in my lower right, and upper left sides of my stomach. I've had recurring sore throats when I wake up and then they go away by 12 or 1 o'clock that afternoon. I have a red rash on my cheeks. I don't have a fever, but that's not saying that much because I never have a fever. Never had a fever when I had any illness. Sometimes I would get really really high fevers randomly, like urgent care needed fevers, i think the highest was about 106 or 107. I"ve had 2 blood tests and 2 sonograms. nothing came up in either of those. My cholesterol was a little elevated but I think that's just because of my diet. (Since August of 2004 I've been a vegeterian) And it seems that I'm always bloated. I'm really sick of my doctor because he's always just saying to go home and rest and I'll get better. Can someone please help me???? Serious answers only.

I have this horrible Tan on my left elbow. It's from sitting, driving my car for several years. The sunlight only hits me at my elbow and I don't have tinted windows. How can I get rid of this tan? How long does it take? It looks terrible. It's looks like sun damaged skin.

I think I screwed up this weekend on my daughters visitation with her father and damaged my daughter more than he does. Her father will sit on my couch every other weekend and not really interact with her. She has to bring books and toys to him while just sits there. She throws a fit when I mention he is coming and will not go anywhere with him (he has denied her for 3 years) I bribe her to be nice to him. This time he brought his ex whom he is in a custody battle with unannounced.. He started playing with my daughter when he has never done that before. I felt he was showing off, playing dad of the year. I let it go for awhile then no longer could deal with him playing with my daughters emotions because next time if he comes alone he will sit on my couch and again not interact. I asked them to leave. I apologized to my daughter and explained why I did that. She replied, "I don't mind." then went on playing like nothing happened. I was wrong for asking them to leave wasn't I?

Anorexia, bipolar, ADD, and anxiety.

how will i pay for my own meds, with out insurance. once i am not being paid by my parents insurance. my meds cost over 1,000 dollars with insurance a month.

i'm really worryed. i dont know how i can survive, if i dont get them i get really depressed and start to hurt my self.
plus i have to see my docter and therapist and nutritionist.

He had surgery last week and is thin to begin with .
I think it is part rebellion and part pain.

He is ready to go to the hospital for dehydration based on what he has refused to eat or drink for two days.
He over-heard me and now ate 1/2 sandwich and 8 ounces of water. He may be on a roll because he does not want to go to the hospital. I do not want to drag him out if he is having enough now.

WHAT AMOUNT OF H2O AND FOOD IS THE RULE?
