I have this horrible Tan on my left elbow. It's from sitting, driving my car for several years. The sunlight only hits me at my elbow and I don't have tinted windows. How can I get rid of this tan? How long does it take? It looks terrible. It's looks like sun damaged skin.

Exfoliate the spot in the shower, and when you go to bed, take some vegetable oil , rub it on and cut the hole out of one of your socks and slip it over your elbow. Just keep it up, and wear a higher grade of sunscreen on that side of your arm.
