Can someone please recommend a good tasting bread that is high fiber and doesn't contain high-fructose corn syrup or other horrible sweeteners? Can't taste like cardboard (ie, Spelt bread), cause then my kids won't touch it!

There are several breads made by Arnold (the Natural Grains Line) that are quite good and don't have any HFCS (I'm so glad that the enemy is finally becoming evident!). I just picked up a couple of loaves of the New Kirkland (Costco) Multigrain bread which is also good.

Hope that helps!

The highest fiber breads are whole wheat. I'm sure there are brands that add little sugar if any.

Try your local health food store.

Weight watchers makes a ww bread, don't know about the sugar content, tho'

San Francisco sourdough make a no sugar added brand, if that helps.

I don't know any specific names but if you go to Whole Foods or Fresh Fields you can find MANY good whole wheat and high fiber breads that taste delicious and are healthy!
