Depending on what you want to use the lubricant for: KY Jelly is usually used for most women, and yes guys use it to. KY Jelly can be purchased at any store. Some women and men perfer other lubricants, such as ones bought at their local XXX store. XXX stores usually have a larger variety of lubricants, such as those that contain flavors, etc.

For women I would recommend staying away from anything with sugar, sugar can cause an infection. So use a water based lube if your not sure which one just ask when you are at the store! Have Fun!!

My husband and I use anything ky brand. They have a wide selection and so far all have been great!
