Kidney damage from hypertension, arthritis, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Chronic dyspnea, an array of psycosocial dissorders, vascular disease, Congestive heart failure, Herniated disks, and depending on the patients ambulatory status- decubitus.

Diabetes, arthritis, myocardial infarction, CVA (stroke), sleep apnea,hypertentsion, need for hip/knee replacements, loss of mobility, skin breakdown, possible dehisence of surgical incision post operatively, congestive heart failure, stastis ulcers, just to name a few. Not to mention depression, due to isolation from family/society/, job discrimination but these are more social than physical

well in my own knowledge i wud say it causes absolute dead attraction to the body and it also attract shame and insult like pople get to abuse u witb words like fatsoul; and som peple could commit murder bcoz of dat
