Hey everyone, I'm currently 15 years old and have been attending Karate for a year.. and we do tons of upper body excersises to build up muscles.. Karate is once a week but when I'm not there I still work out at home lifting weights and doing a lot of push ups at home.. I'm about 145 lbs.. I don't know if I'm lifting weights wrong or doing push ups wrong cuz my muscles are huge bulky looking muscles.. they don't have curves or anything. I want to know how I can build up a lean cut arm.. and one more thing, when I do push ups and lift weights I DON'T STRETCH because I don't know any arm stretches, if that's one factor that can throw me off could you guys please give me a link for ARM stretches? I've been working out for a year already, and still I don't have muscles that are actually nice to look at, or the ones I really want. thin and cut arms.
