Yes, it can cause you to misspell common words, from what I understand.

Dear Zach,
This is a odd question but i'll answer it honestly. Masturbating does not have many harmful side effects but it may stunt your growth. I would suggest talking about this with your health/fitness teacher or a certified docter. As for the "can't get it to feel good" take 1-3 day breaks if your obsessed with it, otherwise take week long breaks. Make sure you clean off properly or you may get some infections (rarely.) Also do it in private (when noone is home is a good time.)

Yes, Zach, masturbating can cause a deformity if overdone. Have you ever noticed that professional tennis players have a larger arm on the side that they carry the racquet? So, I would advise that you alternate as much as possible. If you can't develop the necessary hand speed I would recommend that you contact the I.R.S. They're so quick at picking your pocket that you never even feel it................but then, you really do want to feel it, don't you? So I would recommend a hand pressure not to exceed 12 PSI, and, this of course depends on your endowment, the baseball bat grip works for me. Remember: Practice makes perfect.

Can it harm you? Not if you do it right. Try KY jelly or a similar lubricant.
