I'd take a good look around your bedroom, where I assume you lay down. Dust, animal hair and dander, etc., all can cause some problems.

Make sure you change your sheets weekly, wash them is hot water, add a little bleach if they are white. Open windows when possible to air out the room. Dust and vacuume weekly. Limit what you have in the room too that can hold dust or dust mites; upholstered furniture, stuffed animals, pillows, carpeting, rugs, etc.

After dusting and vacuuming, spray Febreeze Anti Allergen spray around to curb the flying dust.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water, that if you have your heater on, you also have some moisture too, like from a humidifier. Change the heater filters, vacuume the registers and close them when you are no longer using the heater in the spring/summer.

If all that fails, see a specialist for allergy testing.

You may have some type of allergy. I do. Try Claritin or something like that. I have to take something everyday to keep my sinuses cleared. Claritin doesn't make you groggy like some of the antihistamines do.
