Health - 4 February 2007

Recently I've been having trouble going to sleep. I feel like my brain's still excited and wont shut up.. i think about what i did today, what ill do tomorrow, what to buy what to eat.. Just thinking a lot.. Especially if it was a very active day!.. My brain just wont switch off.. And no position seems to be comfortable enough.. And my pillow becomed uncomfy all of a sudden, no matter how many times i change it!... Even though my eyes are so tired, I still cant manage to drift off! I refuse to take any medicines... Any advice?

My friend has malt lymphoma cancer and we'd like to know if anyone has this type of cancer, what type of treatment are you under and any additional information that may be helpful. She's undergone chemo and it seems the cancer is under control for the time being. Her oncologist said that it is not curable. Thanks in advance for any information.

Okay I have this embarassing problem, and im really sorry if im disgusting you.. ;$

Ive been having diarrhoea for about a week... I only go to the toilet like once a day, but its "diaarhoea" material.. Not regular faeces... And i get these sudden sharp painful cramps in my abdomen.. and a lot of gas (which has no smell).. What do you think's wrong with me?

Okay.. I'll give you detail about my health.. 16 years old, average (in terms of health).. very active, i'd say slight malnutrition (oly like one salad a day)... I dont sleep well, Not on my menstrual cycle, no way of being pregnant, get moderate fibre intake, drink a lot of water...

Thats it i guess :/

I am a borderline hypoglycemic that has been under control for a long time. I also have had anxiety issues that also have been under control for a long time. I had a traumatic experience a year ago that really elevated my anxiety and my my blood sugar is all whacked out as well. I can't tell the difference between the anxiety sypmtoms and the blood sugar symptoms. How do I get this under control?

I started out using my left hand 2 crack my right knuckle & my right hand 2 crack my left knuckle. Over time I would add in my fingers, & wrist.......................

8-9yrs later....

I don't even put in much effort no more to crack my wrist, fingers, & knuckles. All I have 2 do is ball up my fist a little bit and they crack. From this i have gotten a little arthritis. How could I stop and make my bones stronger?

Ok, I've done extensive looking up Spirulina, and it remains controversial. I barely started taking it 3 days ago, and I bought it from GNC. In the label it says 1 pill a day but that is only 500 mg. On all of these websites it says anywhere from 2-10 grams, so what is up with this? I take 2 anyways. Can we star this question please because I want a lot of people to answer this question. Are the big government companies trying to keep this superfood down or something to protect their investments in drugs and vitamins? What is THEE truth about Spirulina? Thanks.
