when asleep ive been told by my wife that i kick and thrash my legs around.if so what can i do.thanks

i have that as well. its called RLS restless leg syndrome and i would reccomend seeing ur doctor..

I have lazy everything unless I discipline myself.I do a mile walk at least every other day but my natural inclination is to be lazy.Buy your wife a hammer to keep by the bed.

restless leg syndrome there is medication for it. you have to get it from your doctor
