I live in Wisconsin. Drinking is a very social thing here. I myself like to have a few on the weekends, and on very rare (especially lately) weekdays. I have had a minor issue since as far as I can remember. When I drink any amount more then 2-3 I will easily fall asleep, but wake up about 4 hours later. When I say wake up, I don't mean to use the bathroom, I mean just wake up. I'll feel groggy, and "hung-over" but mainly it's because I just didn't get enough sleep. I know from past experiences that if I really tried I would eventually fall asleep a few hours later. I just wonder if there is a medical reason for this. And I don't always drink the same thing, sometimes beer, sometimes mixers.

Last night, I cried for hours, and I cried myself to sleep. A friend called me around midnight, and we cried some more together. This morning, I wake up, and my eyelids are ridiculously swollen! The entire lid is puffed up and soem of it is hanging over my eye and making my eyes a completely different shape! How do I get the swelling to go down? Will it go away soon?! I can't go out like this!

from a young age me dad always took the P*ss out of me if i had a gf at every opportunity me sis too. it got to the point that i would turn girls down cause i wa terrified they would find out and could not handle no more teasing about it.

This has sort of programmed me to think its something to be ashamed of and i never really had a serious g/f cause of the above reason, even though i wanted one more than anything. i recently had a relationship after forcing myself into it and it lifted my depression but i kept it a secret from most people, cause it feels normal to me to do that. now i depressed again, even now i got a few girls that like me but i in the same boat as before my ex where i miserable and dont wanna go for it. have i got some sort of aniexty that makes me think its wrong even though i want it but me mind says its bad for me cause the things that happened in the past and i musn't do it and i gettin depressed cause i unable to see it as a good thing even though i know it

I'm 15, but am told that I look 17...don't know if that will help or not, but I want to gain muscle mass + strength for the academy that I am attending that is not too long away. I need something that will help me to gain muscle strength for doing various physical tests (chin-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.) and I need to gain muscle.

Is this kind of protein (whey) a good source for doing this and gaining MUSCLE THAT WILL NOT GO AWAY AFTER I STOP USING IT? I found it at http://www.bodyfortress.com/pages/productDetail.aspx?PID=1

My husband was diagnosed as an epileptic when he was 12, he has focal siezures, petite mal, and grand mal. We've been together for 4 yrs now and he has not had a grand mal yet, and stress seems to trigger it. He is really stressed out right now (I won't get into it) and is pretty depressed. I'm worried that a big seizure will come up soon. He drives alot for his work, and I am constantly worries he might wreck. He's wrecked before due to a seizure. We don't have insurance and he is the type that hates doctors, so any advice now besides saying he should see a Dr. would be appreciated. We also have a six month old girl and he is a little worried she might have siezures. Her Dr. tells us that is unlikely, but what do you think? Also, what kind of things can we do to help him from having a seizure or being shaky sometimes that I may not know. I'm curious about your experiences. Thank you.
