you have burnt off fat in that area and put on muscle instead.
you may need to alter the mucle groups and work uppers a bit more and lowers a bit less, but not too much less.

it is simple...ur doing cardio..but ur not moving all ur muscles...so u should move all ur muscles so that u dont get bulky in any place again :D

If it is muscle, then that is good. If it is fat, then you are eating in excess.
