I'm 15, but am told that I look 17...don't know if that will help or not, but I want to gain muscle mass + strength for the academy that I am attending that is not too long away. I need something that will help me to gain muscle strength for doing various physical tests (chin-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.) and I need to gain muscle.

protein is protein it all does the same thing but body fortress tastes like crap. I would recommend optimum nutrition whey.
