Breads and cereals are good, there are also some good multi-grain crackers. Look at the labels, usually rhye will say that they are a good source of whole grains.

I like crackers. Triscuits, wheat thins and such. Original are good, but they do a whole grain line as well.

There are lots of fabulous whole grains out there! Try quinoa, barley, wild rice, brown rice, kamut, spelt and lentils! I especially like quinoa and barley- they're quite similar to rice. They taste great in stews and soups and are really good for you!

The most overlooked one is popcorn. If you dress it simply, popcorn is great way to get healthy whole grains in your diet.
