I quit smoking a week ago using the patch. I've done very well but they say it gets easier and it seems like it's getting harder. I still want a ciggy after every meal, when I sit down for a cleaning break. What are some ways to minimize that??

I was bleeding out of my one ear for no reason. I dont know why. Please help me find out what it is. I am really nervous. Also, I've had a cold for a little while and when i sniffle, my ear pops sometimes and I can hear well sometimes. HELP!

My left shoulder has been sore for 1 week. The pain seems to be very slowly increasing. It is not too sore to keep me from going about my normal activities, yet. It seems to hurt the most when I lift my arm up. I have not done anything to cause this or had any kind of injury there before. Anyone know what could cause this?

Whenever i am sitting in a hot tub or swimming in some form of water...out of everybody in with me, i am the first one to get shriveled hands. I mean really shrively. Within about 10 minutes i'm a prune. Is there anyway that I can slow this process down?

there is a tooth underneath a flap of skin and that hurts in the back of my mouth. It started hurting when i was eating baby carrots and i bit it there on accident. this was like 4 days ago and it still hurts, what is it?

So I was crossing the street at a crosswalk with the walk light on when some guy making a right turn comes out of nowhere and hits me. I went down hitting my shoulder on the pavement and almost had my ankle completely ran over if he hadn't stopped when he did.

He stopped and made sure I was alright and another car behind him stopped and asked if I needed any help. I could get up and walk even though it hurt really bad at the time, and now a day later it hurts much worse but I can still walk.

Should I have taken him to court or asked for some kind of compensation? Or was I right in just shrugging it off even though it was obviously his fault and nothing more serious happened?

....or would you disagree with me ?... Obviously The Clintons and Yahoo were working on this PR stunt for quite a while...so why wouldn`t they eliminate the "thumbs down" option on questions asked ? On Dr. Phil last week they had a show about people living and dealing with gender identity disorder or being trans-gender. The show mentioned the fact that these people were denied work opportunities and benefits. This is so sad. Are they at least able to turn to disability to help them when society doesn't?

I’m scared and sad. I got a call from my dad today that my grandma’s cancer is back. Her ovarian cancer had been in remission for over 6 years. But in the last two weeks her blood count has doubled ever two or three days. She is old and is not in the best of health and because of that they are treating her pain only. What I’m scared my mom is dealing with cancer at moment also. My mom’s mom had terminal cancer in the late 60’s before she was killed by a drunk driver. To top that off there is not a woman on my mother’s side that has been able to keep their female parts after 30 years of age. At the moment things seem to so bleak. I am angry, hurt and scared. I don’t know to with these feelings.

PLEASE! If you can help me in any way i would greatly appreciate your considered opinions.

I'm 18. I have a thin frame and am 5ft 6 in height. Bit of short un' i'll grant you! I have had some mild spots but nothing like as serious as some people. My voice has slightly deepened but I do not as yet shave - I have a sort of blackish moustache but not anything noticeable...I've definitely had pubic hair growth though.

My question is - am i going to grow any more? Everyone else is taller, deeper toned and definitely more masucline than me. I'm 18 and I haven't changed much over the years and i'm getting worried! Do I have an underactive gland for testosterone? Should I see my doctor?

Helpful responses only please, how would you like it if you had this problem and I took the piss out of you?
