My left shoulder has been sore for 1 week. The pain seems to be very slowly increasing. It is not too sore to keep me from going about my normal activities, yet. It seems to hurt the most when I lift my arm up. I have not done anything to cause this or had any kind of injury there before. Anyone know what could cause this?

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

You need to see a doc. Without an examination there is no way for anyone to even guess what is going on with your shoulder.

Could be pulled muscle, torn ligament, rotator cuff injury, could be from an injury your received when you were younger and it is affecting you now.
