i'm a fast runner but when i sprint i puke afterwards. example sprinting in a 100M race, during a rugby match. has anyone else had this problem and learned to overcome it??

I am a doctor and these are the normal average symptoms of a runner. You should not eat anything for 2-3 hours before a match or run. Also do not eat anything for at least half an hour after the match or jog. If these symptoms continue to occur, you should step down a bit and take longer runs at a smaller pace, or shorter jogs at a faster pace.

Ur better off running on an empty stomach. Ur nerves & organs get all worked that's what's causing U 2 puke. Give it a try. Hope this helped U.
