I quit smoking a week ago using the patch. I've done very well but they say it gets easier and it seems like it's getting harder. I still want a ciggy after every meal, when I sit down for a cleaning break. What are some ways to minimize that??

Well u could start by replacing that with a healthy habit and then u will most likely stop wanting to smoke.

find something to do; a hobby if you will. it's quites simple just make sure you're not thinking about it. maybe get another job. also make sure you're never too tired.
