I'm 6'3", 245lbs and 30 years old. I've got muscle, but also fat. I'd like to continue to workout, but my target weight is probably 220. I currently am riding a bike a few miles a day, working out with just dumbbells 6 days/week (chest/arms, back/shoulders, legs.....repeat, Sunday off. I drink a protein-banana smoothie once a day immediately after working out. Any info/help on what might be best for me would be greatly appreciated.
