I dont want to frighten you but if you've had any kind of sexual contact with someone, there is no way to know for certain if you have been exposed to an STD. If you feel that you may be infected with something, time is of the essence. Please go see your doctor as soon as possible. treatment may be necessary

This is possible. Many of the STDs don;t have any symptoms initially, and some don't show up on either or both sexes. Only tests will confirm this. For instance HPV will usually not show up in men but will on women.

Some STD's are easier to detect than others. I wouldn't believe everything I have heard as there has been some cases recently about guys telling girls they're clean while already HIV positive. If you are unsure and want to find out, I suggest making an appointment with your doctor.

you don't have to have sexual intercourse to get an STD. it gets in the blood. so if someone was bleeding and they have an STD and you touched them. then you could get it. if it gets in your bloodstream.

what are your symptoms? Are you burning when you pee? Are there sores on your penis? Go get checked out. It's better safe than sorry.
